For this Graphic Design 4 project, I designed a 12-page saddle-stitched mini booklet promoting a series of gallery exhibitions. The publication includes a front cover, back cover, and ten interior pages, and was designed using facing pages to create a cohesive and balanced layout throughout the spread-based format.

The booklet was developed using a structured grid system and consistent typographic hierarchy to organize headlines, subheadings, body text, and page numbers. The design incorporates the required typefaces, DM Serif Display and Noto Sans JP, with careful attention to readability and visual contrast between headings and body copy. Photographs of the college community and gallery exhibitions were integrated to support the content while maintaining visual consistency across the publication.

The project also emphasized production and print preparation. The final booklet was exported as both a screen-optimized PDF and a print-ready PDF with printer’s marks. A physical prototype was produced by printing the document on 11×17 sheets, trimming, folding, and saddle-stitching the pages to ensure accurate pagination and professional assembly.
